ContextCapture

Raw organizational knowledge enters here.

ContextCapture is the ingestion surface for Context Lattice. It accepts documents (PDF, DOCX, Markdown), videos, and audio — then parses, chunks, and tags every source with structured metadata before feeding it into LatticeCore data structures.

The Problem

Your source knowledge is trapped in formats AI cannot use.

Organizations hold critical knowledge in PDFs, Word documents, Markdown files, recorded meetings, training videos, and audio notes. But AI systems cannot consume these formats directly. Documents are scattered across drives, wikis, and tools. Videos sit in repositories with no structured transcript. Audio recordings decay unindexed. Nothing connects raw content to the roles, workflows, and decisions it supports.

ContextCapture solves this by ingesting raw organizational knowledge across every major format, parsing and chunking it into structured units, tagging each with provenance metadata, and feeding the results directly into LatticeCore's deterministic storage backbone.

How It Works

From raw sources to structured context.

1
Ingest

Accept documents (PDF, DOCX, Markdown), video recordings, and audio files from any organizational source — drives, wikis, repositories, or direct upload.

2
Parse

Extract structured content from each format. Document text, video transcripts, audio transcriptions — every source type is normalized into processable units.

3
Chunk

Split parsed content into meaningful segments. Chunking respects document structure, section boundaries, and semantic coherence — not arbitrary token limits.

4
Tag

Attach metadata to every chunk: source provenance, format origin, creation date, section context, and structural relationships to other content.

5
Feed

Deliver tagged, structured chunks into LatticeCore data structures — populating P1 CanonStore for facts, P2 LatticeMem for role-scoped access, and P3 Drop Corpus for semantic search.

Key Capabilities

Every format your organization uses. One ingestion surface.

Document ingestion (PDF, DOCX, Markdown)
Video and audio ingestion with transcription
Source parsing with format-aware extraction
Semantic chunking with section-boundary awareness
Metadata tagging with provenance tracking
Direct feed into LatticeCore data structures
Integration

ContextCapture feeds directly into LatticeCore's three-tier memory system. Parsed and tagged content populates P1 CanonStore for deterministic retrieval of facts, P2 LatticeMem for role-scoped access, and P3 Drop Corpus for semantic fallback. Every chunk carries provenance back to its original source.
